Many of our awards are for creative ice cream based desserts ranging from Petit Fours to Wedding cakes, layered terrines and multi flavoured bombes.
Our ice creams are made from the finest and freshest ingredients including full cream milk, pure fresh cream, and egg yolks. Fresh fruits such as quinces, peaches,nectarines and watermelon are use when in season. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives are used.Each day we prepare an unsurpassed range of tantalizing flavours to satisfy the most discerning palates.
